Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a creative and dynamic form of yoga, originating in Ashtanga Yoga. This yoga style combines breathing and movement, with a focus on the precise alignment of the body, so that a flowing sequence is created. Long stretching and holding relieve deep-seated tension. With Vinyasa Yoga you can improve your body awareness, your flexibility, but also your well-being. The demanding full-body workout is particularly suitable for those who are looking for a challenge. It is therefore also equated with Power Yoga.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga or pregnancy yoga is geared towards the special circumstances during pregnancy. The movements are carried out slowly and fluently and the growing child is involved in the practice. In this time of intense changes on a physical and mental level, prenatal yoga offers you the opportunity to maintain your body awareness, to promote your well-being and to engage with these changes with peace and relaxation. Targeted body, breathing and relaxation exercises will help you to prepare positively for the upcoming birth.

Postnatal Yoga

Postnatal Yoga is intended for the time after birth. The focus here is on topics such as endurance, strength building, stability, but also relaxation. In addition to recovery, the pelvic floor is strengthened again. Special attention is paid to the needs after childbirth with the aim of bringing the body, mind and soul back into alignment. The classes are structured in such a way that you can participate alone or with your baby. After childbed and until your child starts to crawl, you have come to the right place.
